Datalogic is an industrial group which has been listed on the Italian stock exchange since 2001.
It is structured into three autonomous companies, divided by specific products and markets: Datalogic Scanning, Datalogic Mobile and Datalogic Automation.
The Business Development Unit (which includes the company 'Informatics', USA) works with the other three companies. It deals with the development of new business platforms within the Group and the evaluation of new merger and acquisition opportunities. The Business Development Unit also generates the growth of new businesses within the Group.
Datalogic S.p.A., with headquarters in Bologna, is responsible for defining the Group's strategy, values and policies. It guarantees coordination and control of the Group and all its companies. |
