I was hired by Datalogic R&D department as a Software Designer in May 1996. For the following five years I was HW/SW Designer in R&D Hand Held Radio Team and then two years in Strategic Development RFID group. Then I moved from Bologna to Hong Kong. My job now consists in defining specifications, developing and testing software solutions, from customer's needs and special requirements. Here I have a great opportunity to complete the view of the products life cycle, working closely with the customer. I'm especially learning how to successfully work with people belonging to different countries and cultures. My new experience in Hong Kong is exciting; it's a big efficient city that offers all you need for your daily life. I can learn to speak English fluently, explore green little towns and beaches during the weekends and enjoy shopping at any hour of the day and night.
